Wanted to share a few things have helped me with sore muscles! Here are my workout recovery tips for what to do after a difficult workout… high waist leggings // tank // bra // shoes // sunglasses Workout recovery tips: 1. Eat well and Hydrate Having a high protein meal or snack and drinking lots of water is especially important after training. You have to replenish and fuel up to continue to train.
