Workout recovery tips:
1. Eat well and Hydrate
Having a high protein meal or snack and drinking lots of water is especially important after training. You have to replenish and fuel up to continue to train. Here are a few of my favorite healthy meals and snacks and here is a post on what I eat before and after workouts .
