My Room at Evian Resort
I first took a stroll in the park surrounding the hotel before going to the reception to pick up the key to my room. It was on the first floor offering a stunning view of the Lake Leman (or Lake Geneva as the people in Geneva like to call it). Large French windows let in natural light and let you out to a small balcony, all the better to enjoy the vista. The hotel was renovated in 2010 by the decorator Patrick Ribes who wanted to create a cocooning atmosphere. He succeeded with sober lines and fine materials.
