A short post for a short workday! We had two power outages today and I didn’t get much done. The power’s been on and off through parts of the whole city, I gather, which is weird and simultaneously exciting and tedious–sitting in the dark stuffing envelopes and gossiping and hoping that in another five minutes we’ll get to go home.
We ended up staying until our scheduled leaving time, though, so I’ll have to look for excitement somewhere else. For now, I think I’ll take a nap and dream of polka dots and...
