I have been dealing with insomnia off and on since Thanksgiving or so. I know it's because there's too much on my plate, but not much I can do about that. Last night I got about three hours of sleep, spent an hour looking at the ceiling and finally decided to go downstairs. Fell asleep on the couch which caused me to run late today.
