I have been dealing with insomnia off and on since Thanksgiving or so. I know it's because there's too much on my plate, but not much I can do about that. Last night I got about three hours of sleep, spent an hour looking at the ceiling and finally decided to go downstairs. Fell asleep on the couch which caused me to run late today. No time to wash the hair, sort of threw things together. My coworker asked how I could have such a rough night and morning and look so put together. It's easy when you've worn this...
