Bicycle Suit
This outfit was kind of inspired by the Victorian woman’s bicycle suit . I was rather surprised I hadn’t discovered this look earlier. It has all the elements I love – Victorian/Edwardian style, layers (I thought about adding a brooch, but decided not to because I wanted to focus on the texture mixing), waistcoat, and practicality and mobility (those split skirts!) Honestly, if the weather permits, I’d happily wear something like this every day. I mean, I do ride a bike to work, so why not wear a bicycle suit?
