January Floods
Morning! January has started off wet and windy thanks to Storm Henk and there is a lot of flooding everywhere. including on my route to work across the entire main road. Taking my tiny car through floodwater makes me very nervous so I'm planning to leave early before it gets dark and the traffic picks up. Currently reading: The Island of Sea Women by Lisa See. After reading 11 Christmas books in December, it's nice to go back to something a bit more interesting. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy a book that requires a bit of Googling to look at geography or history of the subject! Miles logged so far in 2024: 17.8. Joe is attempting RED (run every day) for January....
