I agree with all of the other bloggers who say you should balance neons with neutrals. However, I don't think they've quite considered that maybe they're balancing their neutral with neon instead. That's right.
I've always been a glass-half-full kind of girl, so I choose to look at this as a "livening up" of neturals instead of "toning...
