Eat Me, Lausanne
Lausanne may be a small provincial town but boasts of an international outward-looking spirit. The Eat Me restaurant is testament to this spirit, serving the “world on small plates” dim-sum or taco-style. I would often walk by the restaurant and see it crowded. It was only recently that I went in and tried their 8-course tasting menu.
Usually you have to decide on a cuisine before choosing the restaurant. If you can’t make up your mind, Eat Me is the place for you. You decide at the table whether you want to go for Italian, Chinese, French or Spanish – or even better, have a taste of everything. You can see from our menu below...
