Eat Me, Lausanne
Lausanne may be a small provincial town but boasts of an international outward-looking spirit. The Eat Me restaurant is testament to this spirit, serving the “world on small plates” dim-sum or taco-style. I would often walk by the restaurant and see it crowded. It was only recently that I went in and tried their 8-course tasting menu.
Usually you have to decide on a cuisine before choosing the restaurant. If you can’t make up your mind, Eat Me is the place for you.
