The Death of Summer
I don't want to jinx it, but there has been a chill these recent evenings that feels positively Autumnal. We've not really had much of a summer at all this year in the UK, despite the warmer days of the last week. I'm not feeling as nostalgic for Autumn as I usually am. It's hard to believe it is early August in these photographs. The light is fairly dull, as if on a winter's day rather than a summer's evening.
