A Summer Reprieve
Summer has been playing hide and seek with us Brits. In comes the rain and wind. Summer's over. Wait, it's not! Ah, actually, yes it is. Quick, here comes the sun again! We haven't had such a scorcher as London has, but in Wales this last week we've had a few sunny days. On the very first day of my three whole weeks off work, it was - dare I say it - warm. Feeling in holiday mode, I busted out a maxi dress. It was a present from my husband, back when I burnt my leg and had to spend a whole summer covering it up. The dress itself is from a cheap and cheerful brand, and I would normally pass on such brands. The fabric on this is actually not as cheap feeling...
