When Your Office is Freezing But it's 90 Degrees Outside

I'm sweating by the time I get to work in the morning and by the end of the day I am a Popsicle. There is no happy medium. The key to all of this is dressing in layers. Today I wanted long sleeves without the all day commitment so I wore this blazer over a shift dress. The scarf is just an extra layer of warmth and just happens to go really well with this dress.
