When Your Office is Freezing But it's 90 Degrees Outside

I'm sweating by the time I get to work in the morning and by the end of the day I am a Popsicle. There is no happy medium. The key to all of this is dressing in layers. Today I wanted long sleeves without the all day commitment so I wore this blazer over a shift dress. The scarf is just an extra layer of warmth and just happens to go really well with this dress. Then when the day is done and it's time to step into my hot car, I can take off...
