Plaid & Cardigan
So it occurred to me last week I haven't tried layering any of my plaid shirts with a cardigan - and I have a ton of plaid shirts and cardigans! Someone else mentioned this is their automatic go to look for plaid shirts and it was like a "Duh." moment for me and my wardrobe. I usually use my plaid shirts as more of an accent piece layered under a sweater, vest or jacket. I feel like this combination lets the shirt take center stage, which is a nice change. Another thing I haven't really tried yet is layering a tank or tee under my shirt and letting it act as a completer piece. Maybe I will give that a go sometime soon. ...
