It's been a long time... I’m almost ashamed to
admit that I haven’t taken a blog picture for nearly 2 weeks, but I promise I
have good, legit reasons for this. Along with being a mom, a full time
employee, yada yada yada…I’ve taken on a new endeavor. I started
working out a little over a month ago and have been eating healthy for about 3
weeks. My workout mainly consists of cardio, which I do on the elliptical
for 35 to 40 minute intervals every day in the comfort of my home. I intend to
start weight training but for now this is what my schedule allows me to do. And
this is only after the girls have finished their homework, taken a shower,
eaten their dinner and are ready to go to...
