Tomorrow, October 10th is World Sight Day. Fortunate are those who have the gift of sight, but do you know there are more than 280 million people in the world who are visually impaired or blind, 2/3 of them are women? In some cases, the visual impairment starts in the childhood and CAN BE PREVENTED with early intervention. Over 12 million children (mostly those living in developing countries) worldwide have visual impairment that can be improved with glasses. All they need is little help.
