I found these photos from a shoot I did with a friend back in October 2010 (my hair was so much shorter then!), and I thought they'd be appropriate for kicking off the month. Even though I'm always somewhat inspired by things of a sinister and macabre nature, it seems like this month really kicks it into high gear.
