In weather like this, all you can do is layer. It's been snowy, rainy, slushy, and wet all week, and I think I speak for all Minnesotans when I say we want some sunshine and heat! I have been using this vest as a key layering piece lately (seriously, I find a way to work it into my outfit almost daily). When paired with stripes and boyfriend jeans, it makes for the perfect boy-girl mix I know and love in a look.
