Planning a weekend away
After 12 months living in the UK, moving house 5 times in 4 years, and in reality the lifestyle that we love living I am a master of packing and so thought I should share another example of how I do it. Long trips, short trips or just overnight I think I have the formula of packing nailed! This weekend just past we headed to Taupo for a long weekend away (and a 100k cycling event - which OMG I finished in 3hrs 41 mins without keeling over!). Anyway I usually have three people to pack for (two boys and myself), as well as the food/linen/toys, etc so planning is key. Here's my planning checklist; consider what you'll be doing? activities, dress codes...
