One is the bright neon infinity scarf I picked up at Target this weekend. The neon is a bit crazy bright but I have never shied away from brights. I couldn't resist stopping by Target when I was in North Carolina, I love the stores that are in the suburbs. The NYC Targets are always so picked over.
