my routine After a week of not feeling well it felt nice to go back to my regular running routine today. Like many people I don't have a whole lot of time to dedicate to fitness so I try to sneak in my work out sessions while I take care of the kids. Instead of picking up my son at school by car, a few days a week I take my doubles stroller and jog to my son's school. It saves gas money, the environment, and I get a work out...a win win situation.But trust me, I'm not as disciplined as I sound. Plus I'm not a natural athlete so it took some time and effort until exercise became a part of my everyday routine. Still some days I have to kick my self in the butt to feel motivated. And...
