Baked Quinoa n' Cheese If there's one comfort food that I have a major weakness for, it's macaroni and cheese. It's one of those dishes that I could easily eat everyday, but don't. Being that I always try to make healthier alternatives to rather indulgent meals, I decided to experiment in the kitchen and make my own version using my favorite grain, quinoa.
