My current workout routine (Instagram: @noraaradi ) I haven't done a post about my workout routine in more than 2 years and even though it hasn't changed drastically, I still wanted to do an update along with my tips from working out from home during the quarantine. Here we go! 1. Running: I've been running on and off for the past 6 years and this is definitely my favorite form of exercise. I love how I feel after a good old run and I love to challenge myself each run to improve my time, even if it doesn't always happen (of course).
