6 Ways to Stay Healthy During the Holidays I know the holidays can make adhering to your fitness and health goals extra difficult. I feel like everywhere I turn, there’s some type of peppermint dessert or gingerbread cookie. Plus, the days are getting shorter and after a long day, the last thing I want to do is go to the gym (or even wake up before work, because it’s cold and dark outside). Regardless, I’ve made this kind of lifestyle a habit and everyday I try to take one step forward with a good workout and nutritious foods.
