My Favorite At-Home Workout Equipment I've said it before, but as much as I love going to the gym, I really like exercising at home as well. It is perfect for those mornings when I just want to get up early and workout, when I am traveling, or when the kids are sick. One thing that really helps me get a good workout in at home is having my own equipment. I don't have a ton of things, but I have enough to allow me to do a variety of workouts. 1.
