Ten Tips for Better Sleep Although I briefly suffered some hormone-related insomnia earlier in my pregnancy, I've gotta tell y'all something: lately I've been getting some of the best sleep of my life. Great sleep and pregnancy aren't typically two things that you would associate with each other.
