Getting Started On My BBG Fitness
One of my 2018 goals is to work on my fitness. Since I was too cold to go anywhere on January 1st, I decided to get a start on my fitness by starting the BBG fitness program. If you are not familiar with BBG , it is a workout program that incorporates weight training and cardio in a circuit format. Every other day there are sets of circuit workouts you should do. There are 2 circuits, each circuit is 7 minutes long and you do both circuits twice. Overall, the workouts are 28 minutes. The days you are not doing the circuit workouts are meant for cardio workouts.
