Happiness: A Traits Checklist About two years ago I read the Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin and it's been one of those books that stuck with me. She began in January with a single happiness goal and added one each month for a year. January was all about cleaning and making her environment more organized in order to help achieve inner peace. I can absolutely attest to that because whenever I organize a drawer, a shelf, a cabinet at home or at work, I always feel better.
