recently, my boyfriend said to me, “you always wear the same accessories- same ray bans, same watch and jewelry…don’t you think you should switch it up for your readers?” first of all, thanks babe. and second, yes, but i have found things that work for me and that i don’t have to think twice about putting on. because not many of us have 45 minutes in the morning to re-assemble our jewelry for the day. our society (and the fashion world) is centered on new-ness; we always want something new and exciting. if i could afford a new pair of sunglasses every week to go with my new watch, sure, that’d be great, but most of us can’t. and...
