Shabby Apple Tinsel Town Skirt

How have I not had a tulle skirt until now? I wore this Shabby Apple Tinsel Town skirt to church and I cannot tell you how happy I felt to be wearing a big, fluffy, white, whimsical, and twirly skirt. If those adjectives didn't sell you, consider the following:
1. When I got in the car, I had to literally gather my skirt in my hands so that the door wouldn't close on it- which reminded me of the end of The Wedding Planner when Fran gets in a taxi in her wedding dress and all you can see is her head peeking out through a cloud of tulle. And I love that...
