Variations on a Theme
Last time I did a Variations on a Theme post, it was the color combo of punchy orange, blue and white I couldn't keep myself away from. (I still can't stop wearing the bright orange-red, just ask my friends who are tired of seeing me in "modern red" - thanks, J.Crew).
This week? Thanks to a outfit by Hannah, I'm in lust with the whole blazer, shorts and stripes combo. I'm liking this because it is a more put-together version of my typical summer weekend uniform - shorts with some sort of cotton top. The blazer is a great addition for too-cool office spaces and can easily be discarded when going outdoors, and the flats keep the look like of casual.
