It turns out, a traffic stopping outfit does not necessarily mean an extravagant one. I have been drawn to more basic and simpler silhouettes lately and if worn with confidence, they can have such a high impact. Black has never been boring to me, I always feel empowered when wearing it, much more than say wearing red. Take one old, ragged, loose cowl neck sweater, pair it with a striped skirt that has a bit of volume to it, put on your over the knee boots and finish things off with a neutral bucket bag.
