February is one of my favorite months in the year.
I think it’s because I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day {contradiction? I think so!}. It’s my favorite month because I try & find every excuse possible to have a date night on any night but Valentine’s Day. After all, what is romantic about crowds of people flocking to eat a pre-set menu that is most likely a bit overpriced?
