Nothing like a new pair of sneakers to give you an extra pep in your step, am I right? I bought a new pair of running shoes several months ago- a super nice pair of Asics. Great, but insanely bright colors! I wanted a pair that was a little more neutral and would match more of my workout clothes. Why not, right? And yes, I like my workout clothes to match. No, I am not the gal you see working out in full hair and makeup....unless I workout after work! Yeah, from time to time I wear my favorite pair of yoga type pants and an old tee shirt to workout, but nothing beats working out in true workout gear (more on that next week!).
