For some reason, caffeine really affects me and if I have it during my workdays, I find that I can’t sleep that night! A few months ago I had the worst insomnia. I would stay up all night, be exhausted all day, and sip coffee throughout to try to wake myself up. It was a vicious cycle of coffee and no sleep.
