I bought this fringe tank awhile ago but never really had the chance to wear it. I was saving it for holiday parties but I didn't end up going to any so....it sat in my closet. Which is a shame since it's so fun! I usually wait for items at J.Crew to go on clearance before I buy but this top was so cool I actually bought it when it was only on sale! When I saw Kimberly from Penny Pincher Fashion wearing it I decided to take it out for a spin. I was inspired by the color palette she choose to create a similar look.
