Wake Up Call
I don’t know about you, but lately I’ve been feeling all sorts of unmotivated to work out.
Honestly I have zero excuse. The weather in LA is gorgeous for running, biking, hiking and the amount of fitness classes & gyms here are endless. It all boils down to one thing: I’m being lazy. That was until this past weekend when my brother dragged me to a pool {temps hit 80 degrees!} and I was forced to put on my first swimsuit of 2015. Needless to say it was a one piece and I was instantly whipped out of my non-working out coma and hit the Culver City stairs the following day.
