The slight shoulder pads in this blazer make me feel gloriously 80s... like Christina Applegate's character in Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead. Remember that flick? I freakin' loved that movie!
Occasion: Workin' it, May 11th
Something about pretending to be all adult-like, yet still with the mentality of a kid. I really liked Big with Tom Hanks for that reason too. Being a grown up sounds like so much fun! An adventure! Well, before you become an adult anyway. However, as cheesy as it might sound, it's good for me to remember that being an adult is an adventure, and it's up to me to make it fun and exciting.
