How important is shopping local to you? I have to admit, I'm not the best advocate of it, even though I want to be. There is something nerve wracking about driving around the city and finding obscure parking in front of downtown boutiques. Plus, what if I can't afford anything in the store? I know, this is silly. But I've put this on my to-do list for the next time I have some spending money. There are so many great boutiques in Winnipeg that I ought to shop at.
