It's always strange to think how a small, apparently harmless, decision can totally change your life. This is one of those thoughts which always come to my mind every morning while opening my macbook and browsing through comments, emails and new posts of my blog.American Express contacted me some weeks ago, asking me If I wanted to share my experience as a "potentialist". What does this mean?
