It is my SIL's, she has a shopping addiction which feeds into mine really well :) She buys cute stuff and I wear it! A nice fitting maxi skirt will play to your advantage in so many settings. Here I wore it to work and to a choir sort of concert for a couple of the girls I mentor. It was dressy enough for a nice evening at the concert but appropriate enough for the office. I have seen my SIL wear this skirt with heels which was a nice touch to dress it up more. My MIL is quite a bit shorter than us...
