Healthy Drinking with #FitTeaDetox I know I said I'm not making any New Year's Resolutions, but one thing that I'm always trying to do is be healthier. And a new year seems like a good time to re-evaluate eating habits. One thing I'm not doing enough of is drinking (and I don't mean wine - I've got that covered!). I really need to work on drinking something other than coffee in the morning and wine at night. In fact, I've had to go to the doctor recently due to fainting spells as a result of not drinking enough water. NOT GOOD! The obvious thing to do is drink water throughout the day.
