a bit late for a post, no? i had every intention of posting earlier today, but time slipped away from me. it was quite a busy weekend; things started on friday with a power washer (yup). our neighbor was borrowing one from her sister and sweetly let us clean our deck with it. our backyard hadn't really been kept up much over the years and was definitely showing signs of wear. i thought that we'd replace the fence and deck over the summer, not knowing how well a power washer works. after 2.5 hours on the patio, about 2 hours cleaning and sealing the deck, and at least 3 hours washing the fence, we'd pretty much made every brick and wood surface in our backyard look brand...
