Travel diary: St. Louis
The final leg of my trip last week was in St. Louis. A large branch of my family was originally based in the Arcadia Valley area in Iron County, Missouri. My grandparents moved to the Pacific Northwest in the sixties, but much of my extended family migrated to St. Louis, which is about a two hour drive away.For the most part, St. Louis was pleasantly warm while I was there - and by that I mean daytime temperatures ranging between the '60s and '70s with moderate humidity, though it did get a bit chilly at night. Since I live in a state where fall weather hit us very early, I was thrilled to be able to wear shorts and skirts all week!Above left: Jag denim bermuda...
