Some articles of clothing are just meant to be worn differently than they were intended. I once bought a tuelle skirt that really looked great when I put it on. Later, when I got said skirt home, I saw on the tag that it was actually a tube top. I still wear that article of clothing as a skirt-- to this day! When I first saw this high-low shirt I thought...
