I first spotted this dress when it was much warmer. A nautical striped, loose-fitting dress in a pseudo-chambray fabric? Perfect for late summer, right? I was waiting for it to go on sale, and then I spent my budget on other things, and then I was unemployed for longer than I hoped, and…you know how it goes. So instead I put it on my Christmas wish list! My in-laws wanted to exchange gifts while we were visiting for Thanksgiving, and this was under the tree for me!
