A Cape, a Poncho & a New Do
When the Scandal collection came out from The Limited, I tried on this cape and kind of liked it. For the price, I just could not justify the purchase since it really does not get too cold in Southern California. Plus this particular cape was a bit too Sherlock Holmes for me to pull off in real life. Then, I spied this pretty cape from Ann Taylor. It was still a cape but I liked the it had a belt to define the waist.
