Fitness & Nutrition with the #24FitOC Team A couple Saturdays ago, I got my fitness on with the Herbalife health coaches of #24FitOC in Anaheim. My dear college friend Dana became a Herbalife health coach a few years ago and invited me to come workout, then have a post recovery shake and mingle with others; there's a $5 fee and all proceeds and donations from this particular event were going to our friend Brandon Williams whom had recently passed from cancer. Before his passing, him and his family planned to host a BBQ fundraising event to raise money for travel and medical expenses, Brandon then requested that the money raised go to the school he used to...
