I'm back with part two of how to wear your black pencil skirt , and I decided to layer with a versatile trench vest . In the first p encil skirt post , I showed an edgier way to pair your pencil skirt with out-of the-box, on-trend items like a graphic sweatshirt and mules. Today, I'm going back to basics for a classic work-ready look. I'm incorporating my new favorite trench vest layered on top of a monochromatic black and white stripe base.
